In my tenure at The Mars Agency, I encountered a unique challenge when a client set out on the path of digital transformation. Amidst executive hires and a radical shift in their business landscape, we recognized an opening to support their journey. Proposing the establishment of a "retail lab," we aimed to delve into new and emerging technologies to redefine their customer experience.

To showcase our capabilities, we embarked on the creation of a compelling video demonstrating how Google Glass could revolutionize their customer interactions.
